TS008O型全自動(dòng)繞線(xiàn)機全自動(dòng)繞線(xiàn)機最高線(xiàn)速度可達1000m/min， 且其卷繞和導紗分別由兩臺步進(jìn)電機控制， 通過(guò)調節可以滿(mǎn)足各種紗線(xiàn)和線(xiàn)型的要求，具有精確的線(xiàn)長(cháng)控制系統，可以精確控制線(xiàn)長(cháng)，且其電子上油系統和電子張 力清紗裝置，可與卷繞參數匹配，減少了線(xiàn)之間的摩擦力和靜電，穩定線(xiàn)的張力，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的均勻穩定，通過(guò) 自動(dòng)落管、自動(dòng)夾管、自動(dòng)插尾線(xiàn)和自動(dòng)紗線(xiàn)夾緊等功能，可實(shí)現了完全自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。
TS008O Automatic Sewing Thread Winder can reach max.1000m/min production speed.The winding and traverse parts are independently controlled by two stepper motors to provide variable winding ratio for different thread shaping.The set is integrated with digital yarn length measuring system， electronic oiling device， tension controlling system， automatic doffing function， which enables a fully,automatic production of thread package winding process.
